The group initially started trading of various chemicals, solvents and manufacturing of specialized thinners, organic composite solvents and retarders for various industries. The group continuously made growth in trading and manufacturing of specialized thinners, later decided to enter into manufacturing of printing inks, resins, and coatings for various industries.

Acrylic Release Coating

These coatings are thermoplastic acrylic finish based on MMA in solution form specially designed for soft embossing on polyester film for Holography and Packaging industry.

Acrylic Top Coat for PVC leather

It is a solvent-borne acrylic finish, can be used on PU and PVC coated fabrics, and can be diluted for rotogravure applications. This coating has a soft and smooth feeling.

Heat Seal Lacquer (HSL)

These lacquers have very good adhesion on aluminium foils with excellent heat seal properties for foil-to-foil sealing.

Over Print Varnish

Print varnish enhances printed materials, providing protection and aesthetic appeal. It adds gloss, matte, or satin finishes, improving durability and visual impact, making designs pop. Essential for premium-quality printing projects.

Founder and Owner

Mr. Krishan Gopal Agarwal, the Founder, and Owner of the group is a qualified chemical engineer having four decades of work experience in the chemical manufacturing industry. His broad experience and knowledge help us in meeting specific requirements of clients in an economical manner. He is supported by professionals with experience and exposure to ensure full satisfaction to our customers. He is responsible for the backend operations of the group and his strategic decisions help in the growth of the group. He is responsible for the expansion and overall management of the business.

Namit Agarwal

Managing Director

Mr. Namit Agarwal, the Managing Director of the group, is a qualified mechanical engineer. He joined the group in 2014 and was originally appointed as additional director and further re-designated as managing director in 2020. He is actively engaged in managing the group since he is appointed. He is fully responsible for front-end operations. His hard work has helped the group to grow over time. He plays an important role in formulating business strategies and effective implementation of the same. His leadership abilities have been instrumental in leading the core team of our group.

Nimish Agarwal

Executive Director

Mr. Nimish Agarwal is a qualified graduate chemical engineer from NIT Jaipur. He worked as a Analytics Consultant for 5 years and then quit his corporate job to join the group in 2022 as an Executive Director. He is actively working on new developments of products for our esteemed clients with the R&D team. He is also engaged in overall expansion and growth of the business. He has been a great value add to the group.
